meri daughter 3 month ki hai mai usko firmula milk de rhi kuki meri milk supply bht kam ho hai kya krun pls btayie

A. agar milk supply kam hai to apni diet me protien intake badha de. jeere ka paani aur dalia( meetha dudh wala) ko din me ek baar add kare. fark padta hai maine yehi kiya tha and now I am barely giving any formula to my baby.

A. If I do not have sufficient breastfeeding then it’s okay to give formula feeding to the child because that is the second best option that you have as a mother if you do not have sufficient breastfeeding and if needed please consult a doctor you can start having lactation granules to increase your breast feeding
