Meri beti Pani Kam pi Rahi hai, raat ko vomiting v hua hai, kal raat 12 bje se avi tak 1 hi bar Susu Kiya hai, wo v deep yellow colour ka urine tha. kya karu kaise paani pine k liye encourage karu ??

A. Hello mom aise mein usse dehydration ho raha hai aap usse ORS , coconut water , lemon juice , fresh fruit juice ya vegetable soup etc aap de sakte hai
