It is very easy to know whether baby is satiated or not if baby keeps crying after feeding and demand more and keep nibbling cloth or things close to her it shows the milk us not enough for baby and if baby us happy sleep well after feeds it shows baby is well fed

Usually after feeding the breast becomes soft but if the body is making enough amount of milk the breast starts to become hard again because the body is making enough milk so this way I feel you are making less milk so you can take Shatavari powder which will help in increasing your lactation if needed please consult a lactation doctor as well
