Meri beti ko kal se fever hai 101 se 102 k beech me ,paracetamol diya hai after 5 hours fever again aa jaarha hai, uski hatheli and foot bahut jyada garam reh rhe hai ,fever kAm hone pe bhi, baaki koi symptoms hai use,

A. please repeat the medicines once in every 6 hourly do cold sponging to reduce temperature Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
