A. yes can give him syp crocin ds 240 mg in right dose. can repeat it in 4-6 hourly. give him lots of liquids and do consukt yiur doctor if no improvement after threr days.

A. Crocin ds you can give as per the current weight of your child this is going to be good for you to give to your child every six hours you can repeat the medicine and if the fever doesn’t subside max by the time of 72 hours please consult your doctor then
