meri beti ko fever tha but ab theek hai par uski burp main smell aayi mujhe uska pet theek nahi hai shayad lekin potty aaj nahi ki kal kari thi ..namkeen khuch khane ke baad upkai aarahi hai kal ulti aayi but usne andar leli kya kru plz help

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. kindly give easily digestible food for few days like rice dal khichdi curd buttermilk apple banana poha upma and do not give milk to the child but you can continue breastfeeding if going on.
also it is advisable not to give any milk products like outside milk cerelac milk powder cow milk animal milk.
you cannot give chocolate dand icecream.
you cannot give outside food as well as preservative food.
avoid giving xraw food and also sugary food
avoid tea coffee.
if required your doctor will add antacids as well as anti colic medicines for your child
