Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. it is duwti gas .Gas and stomach pain is very common in babies till 1 year of age . Proper burp after the feed will help in this and gastica drop 2 to 3 times and meftal spas drop if pain is there may be used.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. Give nasal saline drops every few hourly to the child in the nasal cavity. Try to prevent temperature variations around the child You can go for indirect steam inhalation which will again help in decredasing both cough and cold Continue the regular diet of the child If there is no improvement in few days then meet your doctor For fever and pain give paracetamol
