mere baby ko night tym jyada khansi hoti h kya kru iske liye....din me km hoti h... medicine b le rha h ??

A. kindly give syrup allegra 2.5 ml twice daily and syrup asthalin 3 ml twice daily. give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity every 3 hourly and give indirect steamc inhalation. if the child doesn't improve in next two and a half days txhen kindly meet your doctor and give warm water to drink.
