meri beti ko bhukh bhut km lgti h. wo kuchh bhi nhi khana chahti hai.plz kuchh bataeye.

A. Dear mum, give small, frequent meals to your baby every 2 to 3 hours. Give light snacks or nuts between meals. Peanuts, for example, are known to boost appetite. Make your baby drink water and keep well hydrated. Include iron rich foods like spinach, eggs and lentils. Do not skip breakfast. A healthy breakfast helps to increase the appetite and improves metabolism.
