meri beti ko 6 days se loose motion hai. after feeding immediately she passes the watery motion. din me vo 6 times watery motion pass karti hai. usko me zink syp, probiotic, or cefixim syrup bhi diya but loose motion abhi bhi bandh nahi ho raha. aab kya karna chahiye.
