A. Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common. Supplements likfe iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months tvo increase the appetite. Diet counselling is also very important .

A. 1st to get the haemoglobin levels checked for the child because of a lot of times due to lower level of haemoglobin also the appetite of the child gets affected so you can start with a supplement on that basis that is going to help in a meeting of the deficiency and increasing the appetite as per the ageWrite Your Answer Here
