DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 6 months old and her cheeks and chin are redish so mostly summer heat rash and apply aloe cream at night and cold cream at day times

Chitradevi PMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi Mom, Most of the rashes are common in babies and nothing to worry about that. This rashes may caused due to heat. Clean the affected area well using mild soap and apply good baby moisturiser. Thank you and have a nice day.
