meri beti ka weight bahut kam h or vo 8 years ki hone wali h ,or use roti sabzi se jada accha fruits khana pasand h fir bhi weight gain ni ho rha ,main additional mein kya de sakti hun

A. Vegetables are equally important to eat in growing years otherwise the diet of a kid is not be balanced and they will not get equal nutrition. Add desi ghee in food, give dairy products, dry fruits, dal, suji, daliya, vermicelli all food should try
