A. Hello good afternoon !! Due to gas ,constipation (not passing stool for more than 1-2 days ) causes a bad smell . Another reason might be the mother's diet if the baby is on breast feed. Avoid or reduce masala,garlic,ginger and mother have to take water,fluids and fibre rich foods . Do tummy massage,cycling exercise (movement of baby legs) regularly to pass the gas.
