Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy1 Year agoA. for perianal/perigenital / diaper rash if it is less then you can go for simple coconut oil as well as any rash cream which is available for diaper rash like
(rashfree / ezinapi / b4napi / zincal)
but if it is not improving then at nightf time you can add t bact cream in the perianal area which will help in decreasingd the rash.
to prevent the diaper rash in the future kindly apply coconut oil before making the child wear the diaper

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. You can apply Boroline anti septic cream regularly into that area that is going to help and do not use any kind of diapers because that is going to create more redness and rash into that area currently this is going to be enough to use 5 to 6 times in a day
