meri beti k abhi tk sirf 4 teeth hi aaye hai jabki bete k mostly aagaye hai dono same born hai twins hai

That does not matter if the kids are twins that does not necessarily means that the growth is going to be hundred percent identical for them every child has a different growth whether they are twins or they are not so if your child one has more teeth in one has less doesn’t matter the growth is going to happen over the period for both of them
