madhaviGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. No need to give water till 6 months as Breastmilk is the only suitable food for babies (0-6 months) that provides various nutrients to the baby's body. The feeding that you give to the child for first six months has enough water into that which is why no extra water is required to be given to the child and you can only introduce water to the child after your child completes the time of six months and into the age of seven months
