meri beti 5 year ki h pichle kai dino se uska pet thik se saaf nahi hota h , 2-3 din me ek baar fresh hone jati h stool bhi tight hoti h jis wajah se use kayam chiran deti hu tab bhi kush khas fark nahi padta kuch treatment bataiye jisse uske pet ki ye problem thik ho Jaye aur daily pet bhi saaf ho

A. Constipation is usually a very common problem seen in many where the most important causative factor is decrease intake fiber rich diet along with lesser fluid intake. some food like junk food mostly containing maida and oily food can aggravate such conditifon. here the diet modification should be tried first followed by medicationsj like lactulose milk of magnesia and muout powder.

A. hello this can be due to constipation and make sure to give your child fibre rich food in the diet and also water after every solid and you can include fruits especially banana and papaya which will help the child get relief from the constipation problem
