Meri beti 5 sal ki hai usne khana khate mein apna gal andar Se cut kar liya Zakhm ziada nahin Hai bahut thoda sa swelling hai per usko pain bahut jyada ho raha hai 2 din se Maine usko kal paracetamol bhi Di aur Main Kya Karun mam
