meri beti 4mnths 15 days ki hai...unke face pr bht chhote chhote dane horhe h kaafi sare...or body pr alag trha k dane h red hue phr ab dark colur k hogye...plz mjhe btaye kis wjh se ye horha h...kya ye norml h?

It Could be due to heat in the body you can start applying Cetaphil lotion on to the face where your child has got a little spots or rashes or whatever it would be helpful in subsiding it apart from that please do not apply anything on to the face as of now
