A. In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examinatiojkon or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

See if the child is constantly complaining of stomach pain that means there is a problem you need to address to so as of now if you don’t have any medicine you can give paracetamol but you need to take further assessment with your doctor in order to get rid of the problem that the child is facing
