meri beti 4.5 month ki hai usko bht cough hai uska weight 6.30 kg hai mai usko maxtra syrup dai rahi ho 0.8ml phir bhi woh thik nhi h any other medicine pls recommd me aur usko mucus bhi h

A. Maam randomly medicine should not be changed for a child a child is too small you should check with the doctor if your child is in good despite of continuing the medicine for maximum five days so they’ll guide you ahead of this what’s meant to be done
