A. whenever you give any new food to the child you have to take care of two things.
you should give in small quantity. if the child doesn't develop any digestion problem in next 24 hours to 48 hours and the child is able to cdigest that food then that food can be given again.
but if the child is not able to digest or there is some problem with vomiting or loose motion or colic pain then kindly avoid that food.
we wait for 2 to 3 days to confirm whether the child is having any problem to that particular food or not

A. It sounds like your three-year-old may have a sensitivity or intolerance to fruits or fruit juices, which is causing vomiting. Here are some steps you can take to manage this situation:
1. **Avoid Fruits and Juices:** Since your child vomits when eating fruits or drinking fruit juice, it's important to avoid giving them these items for now. This includes both fresh fruits and commercially available juices.
2. **Explore Alternative Sources:** While fruits are a good source of vitamins and fiber, they are not the only sources. Offer alternative foods that provide similar nutrients, such as vegetables (e.g., carrots, bell peppers), yogurt, fortified cereals, or vitamin supplements as recommended by your pediatrician.
3. **Introduce Cooked or Processed Fruits:** Some children who have trouble with fresh fruits may tolerate them better when they are cooked or processed (e.g., applesauce, fruit purees, canned fruits). Start with small amounts and observe how your child reacts.
4. **Gradual Introduction:** If you want to reintroduce fruits or fruit juices in the future, do so gradually and in small amounts. Monitor your child closely for any signs of discomfort or vomiting. It may be helpful to consult with a pediatrician or allergist for further evaluation and guidance.
5. **Hydration:** Ensure your child stays hydrated by offering water throughout the day. If they don't drink juice, water is a great alternative for hydration.
6. **Consult a Pediatrician:** If the vomiting persists or if you're concerned about your child's nutritional intake, it's important to consult with a pediatrician. They can assess your child's health, discuss any potential allergies or sensitivities, and provide personalized recommendations.
In summary, focus on providing a balanced diet that meets your child's nutritional needs while avoiding foods that trigger vomiting. Consulting with a healthcare professional will help ensure your child's well-being and provide guidance on managing any food sensitivities or allergies effectively.
