meri beti 2 saal ki hai .. wo bilkul bhi nh soti na din m na raat m thik s soti , koi problm b nh h usko ki jiski wjh s wo soti na ho ..jb s y born hui h shuru s hi bahut kam soti hai aisa kyu raat m b 3-4 bar uth jati hai din m bikul bhi nh soti koi medicine h kya jis s thoda isko nind aane lage subha 5 bje uth k raat ko 11 bje soti h pura din khelti rehti h thaki b hoti h jb b nh soti kya karu m

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too mucrh of sdcreen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep. toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.
