A. Hello dear parent! Above one year of age you can give all the homemade foods that are healthy and eaten by your family. There is no restriction as such. New foods when introduced start giving in small quantities to check the suitability and for better assimilation. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Keep changing the menu so that the child will taste different foods and flavours.
