meri beti 18 months ki h or mujhe ab weight loose Krna wo abhi bhi breastfeeding kr rhi h to ky m myplix ki acv tablet le skti hu isse baby ya mujhe koi nuksan to nhi h???

A. Hello good evening !! Healthy Weight loss ke liye aap prefer karna . Abi breast feeding me hei ,aap protein,fibre rich foods jyada lijiye . Carbohydrates kam karo ,out side or packed ,oily foods ko avoid karne me healthy weight loss ho jayega . Start Walking , workouts 10-15 minutes a day.
