meri beti 14 month ki hai,vo solid food le leti h acche se,but kuch dino se uski breastfeeding ki bahut jyda demand ho gai h.cow milk bhi vo nh le Rai h but other dairy products le leti h..uski breastfeeding ki adat bdte ja rahi h..isko Kam krne ka solution koi btaye plz #askdexpert

A. Hello mom Aap ek schedule banaye uske Liyeah and mostly solids de aur inbetween aapka feed . Uske solids ki quantity gradually bada de , cows milk mein kuch healthy flavours add kar sakte hai . Waise woh milk products le rahi tho balance kar leta hai
