meri beti 1 saal 5 months ki h wo aksar khana nhi khati mai usy breastfeed krwati hu wo wo aaram sy li leti h. mai ab freastfeed bnd krna chahti hu pr agr wo aise hi khana nhi khayegi to ye kaise possible hoga.

A. ensure baby start taking meals properly then you should wean off.. yes do restrict the milk intake.. as tb baby solids ache se khana khaya ga.. aap baby ko natural appetizer as coconut water ajwain water jeera water dejiye.. have meal together.. add variety and creativity to plate.. let baby have his own meal..
