meri beti 1 and half years old hai . wo bed se gir gayi hai . 1month ho Gaya hai . forehead PE chote ke nishan hai.

In this here it is very difficult tjfvo comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .
