Q.
Meri behen ka beta 21 month ka hai, pone 2 saal ka. Pr wo sirf 2 words hi bolta hai. Mummy bhi nahi bolta. Eye contact bilkul nahi hai. Akela khelta rehta hai. Circle ho to wo ghumta rehta hai. Naam se bulae to bhi nahi dekhta. Is it autism??

There could be a possibility that child could be slightly autistic or they could be delaying the growth of the child because the things that you are mentioning are very closely associated with delayed growth growth of brain or autism better to check with a doctor or child psychologist would be the right person to go to and if anything is positive and also take a homeopathic treatment for the child
