Baby should weight between 8- 11 at 13 months of age.
Give your baby 3 meals and 2-3 snacks in a day.
Add ghee or homemade butter in your baby diet
Add dry fruits paneer cheese boiled egg curd yogurt etc in your baby food.
Give energy dense fruits and vegetables like banana chikku potatoes sweet potatoes etc along with att the seasonal fruits and vegetables.
Avoid giving thin soups and juices.
Limit intake of milk.
