NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello babies birth weight will reduce first and then then the baby will start gaining and if the baby is gaining a minimum of 600 grams ti 800grams per month is a good weight and make sure the baby is getting sufficient breast milk and is taking well else give infant formula milk
