Geet HuriwalMom of a 3 yr 2 m old boy3 years agoA. hii dear. Mere baby k face pe bhi ho gye the. Yeh milki pimple hai jo are breastfeeding ke time bche k face pe milk lg jata h uski wjh se hote h. Clean your ward face after each feed.

Hello ma’am I would advise you to consult your paediatrician only for the same because maybe you have used some oil or something which may have reacted to the face or any cream so it would be best to consult your doctor for a proper check up as after checking it personally only anything can be suggested to you
