A. Tension wale koi baat nahin hai. Agar permanent teeth kum aate hain jab aapka baby bada hojata hai to uska treatment hai and aap 10 years pe doctor se consult kar sakte ho . abhi agar aap check karvana chahte ho to apne dentist se ek baar consult kar sakte ho
