Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Deworming medicine is to be given after one year of age and the dose is 200 mg of albendazole once at night time and then repeat the same dose after 14 days once this cycle should be repeatedms every six months at least till 5 year of age but please give this medicine only after medical advice.

I Think it takes about 4 to 5 days till I would advise you to get a check with your paediatrician because no medicine should be given to the child without consulting the doctor and if you have given this medicine without consulting the doctor then it’s important that you get a check with your doctor once
