meri baby ka khana khane k baad pet dard krta hai...wo khana bhi thik se nhi khati...din mai 2-3 baar pet dard karta hai...ye esa kyo hota hai...kya ye symptoms weak liver k hai?

This needs a personal medical evaluation. Consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene for your child and follow your doctor’s advice diligently.
