meri baby ka head 2 3 din se grm LG rha hai.. baki body normal hai.. kahin ese fever to nhi... pls advice what should i do

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatmbcent also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required
and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
