hello doctor mera baby 17 months ka hai do din se use fever hai doctor ko dikhaya hai medicine de rhi hun but thik nhi ho rha hai... fever hota hai to bs head bhot garm rhta hai baki body thandi hi rhti hai

A. Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations. cold sponging of the whole body with tabp water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .
