Meri baby jab bhi fever ata hain Mai use P120 de Nehi sakti usko allergy ho jata hain but Ibugesic plas de sakti hun but Ibugesic plas main bhi paracetamol hain lekin isse usko allergy Nehi hota asa kyu?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl8 months agoA. Consult your doctor they will help you with medicine with different salt it is not going to create problems to the child because sometimes the salt is the basic problem created in different medicines different are there so better to check with your doctor
