Meri baby anaya 5 March ok 6 month ki ho gai aur uska ek teeth bhi aya hai bt jb se teeth niklne start hua tb se jb bhi feeding krati hu just feeding ke bad potty ho jata hai ptla n Chikna chikna.mai abhi tk bs usko breastmilk hi de rhi thi.kya khilau ab usko?

A. hello mam Kai bar teething ke time babies mein loose motions lag jaate Hain uska Karan stomach infection hota hai aap apne baby ke aas paas saaf Safai rakhen and use koi bhi chij floor se uthakar mouth mein mat dalne den aap force-feed na Karen and jyada liquids den.
