A. Hai good afternoon ! Include more protein,fat foods for weight gain,muscle strength. Milk,diary products,dals,nuts,Banana,egg,meat regularly. Having these in moderate to adequate quantity meets the nutritional requirement helps in weight gain,bone,muscle strength.
