meri baby 4 saal ki hai me jab bhi usse khana khilati hu tab vo bolti hai ki mere pet me dar horaha hai toh mujhe kya karna chahiye

A. pet me dard may be because of worming follow the doctor and give deworming medicine restrict the sugar and sweet intake keep baby well hydrated increase the water intake
