Meri baby 4 months ki hai . Main use breastfeed karwana chahti hu. But supply k wajahse mujhe use formula dena ho raha h... Pls help me raise enhance karu

A. You can take some good lactation supplements after consulting the doctor they will be able to help you with the best one that you can take as of now so go for that that is definitely going to be beneficial apart from that if it is required you can consume good amount of liquid they are also very helpful
