meri baby 3 month 15 days ki h kya mai use ultra 3d drops de skati kya ye safe hai baby k lie??

A. yes give it safeaccording to the symptoms it is advised to get a proper consultation done with your doctor so as to get the proper treatment suggestion after examination it is difficult to comment here like this.. only after knowing proper details and finding the clinical signs and symptoms it is possible to comment.. your treating doctor is the best judge to assess the condition and treat accordingly

A. Yes d3 drops recommended anyway is to be given to the child up till the age of one year so you should definitely continue with that up till the age of 12 months. It’s very important for you to continue with D3 supplement it also try to expose your child to indirect sunlight for at least 30 to 40 minutes in the morning early sunlight
