If the skin is extremely dry preferred using a cream on the skin which you can apply every 4 to 5 hours with which you will help the skin to maintain proper moisturising and hydration so I would recommend you to use Babyhug cream and for oil if you’re interested in using you can use mustard oil or almond oil
