Madam are you sure that they are birthmark because birthmark is there at one place on the body not on the entire body so I’m very sure it is not a birthmark maybe this pigmentation marks or something this way we cannot tell what is meant to be done because we don’t have a confirmation on anything neither a picture is available so the more practical thing is to consult a dermatologist
