meri 5 year old beti hai bo pehle bhut healthy thi abhi kamjor ho gai hai thoda dhyan ache se nhi diya to ple help mee kya khilau

A. Ma’am you should actually give the same food that you make at home plus good amount of proteins into two meals at least for lunch and then you should give good amount of protein give more of protein during the time of breakfast and lunch dinner is going to be easier that way so these are the only options the basic home-made nothing specific that you need to give
