meri 4month ki beti ko high fever tha tb dr me Taxim o prescribed kiya wo dene se fever or nhi aaya hai..aj urine me E coli aaya hai antibiotic me Taxim o Resistance hai pr dr ne bola k ap Taxim o dene ko becoz wo respond acha kr raha hai...to kya resistance hone pr v koi antibiotic ka krta hai???

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infectiogjjn or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
