A. it seems you are having a fungal infection are sometimes it can be allergy also which needs to examine physically it is advisable to consult a skin specialist doctor once .

A. good evening I would recommend you to consult the dermatologist and start taking proper medication you seem to be having an allergic reaction make sure that the water you are using is not very hot
