mere right chest ka milk baby nahi piti h to usi bajah se ya pata nahi aise hi mere chest me aur neck me kabhi dard h,neck ghuma nahi pa rahi hu kya karu, please help

A. apply hot water fomentation for the pain relief and Dolo 650 also bfor further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
